Your RoleAs a Business Development Manager at ZEIT Talent, you will focus on actively marketing our extensive portfolio, which includes digital, audio, print, and hybrid events. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing your communication and sales skills to acquire new clients and enhance existing relationships, ensuring high-quality and tailored consulting services.
- Regularly visiting clients to maintain and grow your customer base, balancing goal orientation with flexibility to maximize potential.
- Independently creating media proposals and communication solutions, collaborating with various departments, and leading final contract negotiations with clients.
- Conducting thorough market research to stay informed about competitors and industry trends, using this knowledge to contribute creatively to projects that expand our portfolio.
- A completed education, ideally in media or services, or a degree in business administration.
- Proven sales expertise, preferably in a B2B environment, with knowledge of employer branding or recruitment being advantageous.
- Experience and enthusiasm for client acquisition and the development of existing accounts.
