Head of Brand

Doctolib is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Brand & Content (x/f/m) to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand and content strategy to elevate our brand presence in the German market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Brand & Content team, consisting of 5 team members.
- Develop a strategic brand positioning for Doctolib in the German market.
- Design a creative and compelling messaging and storytelling strategy based on the strategic positioning and ensure its activation across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Events Marketing teams, as well as other teams along the customer journey, to ensure a consistent brand strategy across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Develop and implement campaign and content roadmaps, from planning to execution, either with internal teams or through collaboration with external freelancers and agencies.
- Plan long-term for the brand and define KPIs to measure the success of initiatives.
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Communications Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership and team building.
- Deep experience in strategic brand development and storytelling.
- Results-driven, with strong project and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to develop and implement creative projects.
