Technical Lead for Innovative Game Development

We are in search of a proficient Technical Director to spearhead our Tech-Art, Engine, UI, Tools, and Graphics Programming Teams. In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence the trajectory of our thrilling project Beyond Good And Evil 2, set within an enthralling sci-fi realm. Your primary duties will encompass mentoring teams, harmonizing visions with fellow Directors, and guaranteeing the timely delivery of superior quality work.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Guiding and developing emerging Leads within the Programming and Technical Art Teams
  • Collaborating with other Directors and Producers to ensure alignment on overarching visions
  • Establishing standards for technical execution and strategic growth
  • Overseeing the game's delivery to meet expected quality across targeted platforms
  • Specifying technical prerequisites that align with the creative vision

Your Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in leading technical teams with an emphasis on Servant Leadership
  • A commitment to continuous learning and a keen awareness of industry trends and technologies
  • Strategic mindset and a drive for achieving the highest quality outcomes
  • Practical experience across various programming facets of game development
  • A comprehensive understanding of interconnected domains such as game design, art, and animation
