We are in search of a talented Technical Director to oversee our Tech-Art, Engine, UI, Tools, and Graphics Programming Teams. In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence the development of our thrilling project Beyond Good And Evil 2, which is set in an enthralling sci-fi environment. Your primary duties will involve guiding the teams, harmonizing visions with fellow Directors, and guaranteeing the timely delivery of superior quality work.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Mentoring and nurturing emerging Leads within the Programming and Technical Art Teams
  • Collaborating with other Directors and Producers to synchronize high-level objectives
  • Establishing standards for technical execution and strategic advancement
  • Ensuring the game's delivery meets the anticipated quality across designated platforms
  • Defining technical specifications that align with the creative vision

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading technical teams with an emphasis on Servant Leadership
  • A commitment to continuous learning and awareness of industry trends and technologies
  • Strategic mindset and dedication to achieving the highest quality standards
  • Hands-on expertise in various programming facets of game development
  • Comprehensive understanding of related fields such as Game Design, Art, and Animation
