Bruker provides specialized, high-value life science and diagnostic systems and solutions across multiple domains, including preclinical imaging, clinical phenomics research, proteomics, multiomics, spatial and single-cell biology, functional structural biology, condensate biology, clinical microbiology, and molecular diagnostics.
Position Summary
We are seeking an HR Controlling & Reporting Analyst for our global HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and reporting HR data to facilitate strategic decision-making. Your contributions will be vital in optimizing workforce management, enhancing operational efficiency, and promoting organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a contemporary HR controlling framework.
- Establish and enhance HR controlling and reporting mechanisms utilizing SAP (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and MS Office applications.
- Manage sub-projects and take responsibility for HR controlling and reporting initiatives to proactively improve KPIs within the HR domain.
- Generate and refine standard HR reports, statistics, and trends for various stakeholders, including Executive Management, HR, and Finance, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Support and oversee the HR-related forecasting, budgeting processes, cost control, and internal/external audits, including analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Implement and advance the EasyReserves solution in SAP HCM for the automated generation of provisions across BBIO countries with payroll in SAP OnPremise.
- Develop a monitoring and alert system for potential HR budget overruns or KPIs that deviate from standard ranges.
- Collaborate with Finance & FI Controlling to drive the development of additional KPIs across BBIO.
- Continuously assess data quality within HR systems across BBIO, including requesting and monitoring necessary corrections.
- Coordinate, oversee, and support the annual compensation cycle managed globally by Corporate Compensation.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 6 - 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in HR technology and data analysis.
- Strong command of English (minimum C1 level); knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Experience with SAP HCM.
