About the Role
As a Customer Experience and Quoting Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every customer interaction, from initial inquiry to order processing and beyond, reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Sales & Service Support:
- Create accurate quotations for a wide range of products and services, including systems, accessories, spare parts, consumables, service agreements, relocations, repairs, and any billable service.
- Collaborate closely with technical experts to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of quotes.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage customer interactions and track progress.
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Provide clear and concise information about products, services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Order Processing:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders and transactions.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure smooth delivery.
