- 5+ years of professional experience in a related position within the e-mobility industry and digital platform business.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth market knowledge of EV charging technology, digital platforms, software protocols, and related business applications.
- Native-level German (C2) proficiency for negotiation, with strong English skills (B1+).
- Proven track record in sales and partnership development for complex technical solutions.
- Experience working in an international environment, with confidence in negotiating and closing deals with large customers.
- Ability to communicate and transfer technical and commercial details internally and externally.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving business growth.
- Empathetic leadership approach, balancing client and team needs while maintaining clear objectives.
- Highly organized with expertise in structuring and optimizing sales processes.
- Open to learning and adopting new strategies to enhance team performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading without being overly assertive.
