About the Role:
Your role is characterized by autonomy and accountability. You will be instrumental in establishing the Talent Representation unit, leveraging your expertise to enhance our services for talents. We prioritize the development of enduring relationships and partnerships that empower our talents to reach their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Identification: Discovering and evaluating key talents within the sports, esports, and gaming sectors.
- Recruitment Strategies: Formulating innovative approaches to attract top-tier talents.
- Development Plans: Designing and executing tailored development initiatives for talents.
- Performance Monitoring: Assessing talent performance and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Retention Strategies: Implementing effective measures to enhance talent engagement and retention.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with leadership to align talent management strategies with overarching corporate goals.
- Communication Facilitation: Ensuring seamless communication between talents and management, fostering a positive work culture.
- Success Metrics: Establishing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
- Diversity Promotion: Advocating for inclusive practices within the organization.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in talent representation.
