Product Marketing Lead

Fluvio is seeking a Product Marketing Lead for a premier cloud solutions provider in the temporary staffing and cleaning services sector across Europe.

This role presents a unique opportunity to establish and enhance the product marketing function within a leading cloud solutions provider in the temporary staffing and cleaning services market. Are you ready to take on this exciting challenge?

We are collaborating with our client, a rapidly growing SaaS provider for staffing and cleaning service companies in Europe, which is on its way to becoming the market leader. The organization is dedicated to transforming the work environment through comprehensive digitization for service providers, thereby creating more job opportunities and career paths for employees while ensuring a reliable workforce for businesses. With approximately 5,000 clients and 80,000 end users, their solutions manage 2.2 million workers, facilitate 14 billion euros in annual wage distributions, and handle 2 million applications each year. The company boasts a workforce of over 600 employees across 18 locations in Europe.

We are now looking to onboard the inaugural Product Marketing Lead to their team, tasked with leveraging their unique market position and driving growth throughout Europe. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the positioning and messaging for their products, targeting both existing and prospective clients in the staffing and cleaning services domain. In this capacity, you will serve as the vital link among product management, sales excellence, customer support, sales, and marketing. As the founding Product Marketing Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the marketing organization and the company at large.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and cultivate a top-tier product marketing function to support and enhance product and feature adoption.
  • Design and implement the go-to-market strategy for all new products and features across Europe, including beta testing, team training, and communication strategies to foster adoption in collaboration with product management.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and communication to the market, prospects, and customers.
  • Devise content marketing strategies and produce marketing materials such as presentations, product videos, white papers, case studies, blog posts, and more.
  • Organize and facilitate webinars, roadshows, and other events to generate leads and boost product visibility.
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance for ongoing optimization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A completed degree in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS B2B sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of developing and executing product marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience working with international, cross-functional teams, particularly in product management and sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing marketing and analysis tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Creativity, proactivity, and a solution-oriented approach to work.
