Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), MIS Service, to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving product growth and customer satisfaction through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Insights and Market Understanding
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
    • Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to inform product development.
  • Product Growth Opportunities
    • Identify and prioritize product growth opportunities in key market/customer segments.
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Thought Partnership
    • Collaborate with Service Product Management to design roadmaps based on customer feedback.
    • Provide input on product value proposition and messaging.
  • Content Creation and Marketing
    • Work closely with MarCom teams to develop content and product branding that resonates with customers.
    • Manage content creation for website, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in engineering or business management.
  • Experience
    • Ideally several years of experience in marketing.
    • At least 5 years of overall professional experience.
  • Skills
    • Strong customer focus.
    • Experience in service – definition of customer needs and benefits.
    • Excellent communication skills with customers and across all levels of the organization.
    • Commercial mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
