Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • You will handle quoting and follow-up activities, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • You will collaborate with the inside sales team to develop and execute cross-selling and upselling campaigns, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • You will manage data in the internal CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to inform business decisions.
  • You will address contract inquiries and changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • You will coordinate invoice clarification, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • You hold a commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification, with a strong foundation in sales and customer support.

  • You have a keen interest in IT topics and previous IT sales experience, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Outlook, Excel,...), with excellent technical skills and adaptability.
  • You possess strong oral and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and work in a structured manner, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
