Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Regional Hotel Operations Director (m/w/d).

In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Leitung der Hotels, einschließlich der Bereiche Gastronomie, Veranstaltungen und Kundenservice
  • Erstellung und Überwachung des Jahresbudgets in Bezug auf Einnahmen und Ausgaben
  • Förderung und Sicherstellung der Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste
  • Strategische Ausrichtung in den Bereichen Umsatzmanagement, Marketing und Verkaufsförderung
  • Marktpositionierung und Weiterentwicklung der Hotels
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Fachabteilungen
  • Coaching und Entwicklung des Teams

Ihr Profil, das uns überzeugt:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelmanagement, idealerweise ergänzt durch ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und eine Hotelfachschule
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Rolle eines General Managers, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung in der Leitung mehrerer Standorte
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, andere zu inspirieren und zu motivieren
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgezeichnete Gastgeberfähigkeiten
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse des deutschen Hotelmarktes
  • Organisierte, lösungsorientierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität
