Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Director of Procurement Operations (m/w/d) für OS&E / FF&E.

In der Rolle des Director of Procurement Operations (m/w/d) OS&E / FF&E erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:

  • Strategische Planung und Management: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Optimierung der FF&E- und OS&E-Kategorien in unseren Hotels.
  • Lieferantenmanagement: Auswahl, Verhandlung und Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen zur Sicherstellung der besten Qualität und Konditionen für FF&E- und OS&E-Produkte.
  • Produktentwicklung und -beschaffung: Identifikation und Beschaffung von innovativen und hochwertigen Möbeln, Einrichtungsgegenständen sowie Betriebsmitteln und Verbrauchsgütern.
  • Budget- und Kostenkontrolle: Überwachung und Einhaltung des Budgets sowie kontinuierliche Kostenoptimierung für beide Kategorien.
  • Marktanalyse und Trendbeobachtung: Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten, um aktuelle und zukünftige Anforderungen für FF&E und OS&E zu antizipieren und umzusetzen.
  • Projektmanagement: Leitung und Koordination von FF&E- und OS&E-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Normen im gesamten Beschaffungs- und Implementierungsprozess.
  • Reporting und Analyse: Erstellung von regelmäßigen Berichten und Analysen zur Performance der FF&E- und OS&E-Kategorien.

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Innenarchitektur, Hotelmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Category Management, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder in verwandten Branchen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich Möbel, Einrichtungsgegenstände sowie Betriebsmittel und Verbrauchsgüter.
  • Starke Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
  • Hohe Affinität zu Design und Trends im Hotellerie-Sektor.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrungen als Director of Procurement Operations (m/w/d) OS&E / FF&E mit.
