Head of Retail Expansion

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Retail Expansion, der unsere Expansion in den nordischen Ländern maßgeblich vorantreibt. Du wirst eine ganzheitliche Expansions- und Wachstumsstrategie für die nordischen Märkte konzipieren und umsetzen.
- Konzeption und Umsetzung einer Expansionsstrategie für die nordischen Märkte
- Durchführung strategischer Marktanalysen, um relevante Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und daraus konkrete Handlungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten.
- Leitung und Aufbau eines internationalen Key Account Teams, um den Vertrieb im stationären & digitalem Handel effektiv zu steuern.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Leadership Team und dem Vertical Lead, um die Gesamtstrategie des Offline-Handels zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
- Identifikation und Akquisition von neuen Retail-Standorten und Partnerschaften
- Verhandlung von Verträgen und Vereinbarungen mit Handelspartnern, um langfristige und erfolgreiche Kooperationen aufzubauen.
- Überwachung und Steuerung des gesamten Expansionsprozesses, von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das C-Level über den Fortschritt und die Ergebnisse der Retail-Expansion.
- Du hast mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Retail, Quick Commerce oder Expansion im FMCG- oder Food-Bereich und fundierte marktspezifische Kenntnisse in den nordischen Ländern.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Management, Finance oder Jura an einer Top Universität.
- Du sprichst exzellentes Englisch und hast relevante weitere Sprachkenntnisse. Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Teams, insbesondere in schnell wachsenden Umfeldern.
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Marktanalysen und der Entwicklung von strategischen Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Du liebst Deine Kennzahlen und gehst ganz und gar in Deinen KPIs auf und sichere Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf allen Hierarchieebenen gehören zu Deinem Alltag.
- Du hast Verhandlungsstärke, bist engagiert sowie kommunikationsstark und bringst Begeisterung für den Food-Markt mit.
- Du bringst eine proaktive und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und komplexe Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen.
- Du hast ein professionelles Auftreten und "Drive" sowie eine Hands On-Mentalität.
