Position Overview

This role focuses on the Project Management within the After-Sales sector for Compact and Midsize Cars. The selected candidate will engage with various departments to enhance customer service and support throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze after-sales data to identify recurring issues related to vehicle models and provide insights on major concerns.
  • Participate in discussions to prioritize and address specific topics within designated committees, ensuring critical issues are escalated appropriately.
  • Provide technical evaluations on after-sales metrics, including warranty concerns and emerging trends.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and commitment to collaborative projects.
  • Possess an analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
