This role focuses on the Project Management within the After-Sales sector for Compact and Midsize Cars at Mercedes-Benz AG.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Global Customer Service and Parts team, you will engage in the comprehensive support of Mercedes-Benz vehicles throughout their lifecycle, emphasizing service-oriented design, market introduction, and ongoing product support.
Your main tasks will include:
- Analyzing after-sales data to identify issues related to specific vehicle models and providing clarity on prevalent concerns.
- Prioritizing and addressing model-specific issues in relevant committees, escalating critical matters when necessary.
- Providing technical insights on after-sales data, including warranty issues and emerging trends.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- Demonstrated teamwork and commitment to collaborative efforts.
- Possess an analytical mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
