Student Role in Project Management for After-Sales of Compact and Midsize Vehicles

This role is situated within the Project Management department focusing on After-Sales for Compact and Midsize Cars at Mercedes-Benz AG. The successful candidate will contribute to the lifecycle management of vehicles, ensuring exceptional service delivery and support.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze after-sales data to identify recurring issues and enhance transparency on critical concerns.
- Engage in prioritizing series-specific challenges in relevant committees and escalate urgent matters as required.
- Provide technical insights on after-sales metrics, including warranty and goodwill issues.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- Demonstrated teamwork and commitment to collaborative efforts.
- Possess an analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
