Role Summary

At Mercedes-Benz, we are dedicated to enhancing the entire lifecycle of our vehicles, ensuring exceptional service from the initial design phase through to market introduction and ongoing support.

Our team collaborates with global service organizations, often engaging directly on-site. We work closely with various partners, including development, production, procurement, legal, and quality assurance. Our responsibilities include creating operational guidelines, drafting diagnostic protocols, and serving as specialists in parts technology, product assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

As a working student, you will encounter several challenges, including:

  • Analyzing after-sales data to identify issues specific to vehicle models and providing clarity on the most pressing concerns.
  • Prioritizing model-specific issues in relevant committees and escalating critical matters as needed.
  • Providing technical insights on after-sales data, including warranty claims and emerging trends.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A foundational understanding of automotive systems and familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated commitment and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Possess an analytical mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
