Deine Aufgaben im #teamsellwerk:
  • Du übernimmst die interne und externe Kommunikation, erstellst Präsentationen sowie entscheidungsrelevante Unterlagen und sorgst für ein effizientes Team- und Terminmanagement.
  • Administrative Unterstützung und Koordination von Projekten.
  • Qualitative Unterstützung der Standortleitung und Geschäftsführung bei der Büroorganisation und Terminplanung.
  • Begleitung der On- und Offboarding-Prozesse.
  • Telefonische Betreuung unserer Kunden und qualifizierte Auftragsüberprüfung.
  • Planung und Organisation von Reisen und Meetings.
Qualifikationen, die dich erfolgreich machen:
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Assistenz, Sachbearbeitung oder im Büro-Management.
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie sicheres Auftreten.
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Office-Paket, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint.
