About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for developing and implementing quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze quality plans and derive inspection tasks from definition dossiers (blueprints, specifications/BSBs) (A350, SA, PACT projects).
  • Determine inspection criteria, inspection contents, inspection methods, and inspection scopes and cycles based on production instructions (80-T, AIPI, etc.).
  • Coordinate with production planning and ensure the integration of inspection requirements into production and inspection plans.
  • Develop first-article inspection plans in accordance with EN9102 requirements in digital CAQ tools and paper form.
  • Develop production control plans/inspection plans (in CAQ and paper) and ground test instructions (GTI).
  • Support process and procedure security, quality improvement, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Develop standards for quality planning.
  • Participate in the development of (P)FMEAs and control plans.
  • Participate in the development of the CAQ tool.
  • Integrate standard texts from 80-T/AIPI into the CAQ tool's feature data bank.
  • Support customer and authority audits regarding EN9100/EN9102.

Requirements:

  • High quality awareness, reliability, team and assertiveness, flexibility, analytical thinking, willingness to further develop.
  • German at least conversationally fluent.
  • English at least conversationally fluent.
  • Technician/master or equivalent qualification acquired through other means with several years of experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry.
  • Several years of experience in the aerospace industry as a production planner, inspector, or engineer.
  • Very good IT knowledge, particularly in SAP and CATIA.
  • Knowledge of Airbus tools, drawing and production systems, and regulations (AP, A, M, ABP, 80-T, AIPI).
  • Control of analysis methods such as FMEA, APQP would be desirable.
