Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the waste recycling and sorting market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, global service, test centers, project management, business development, and local management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Provide sales support and coaching to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the waste recycling and sorting market.
- Participate in exhibitions and conferences to promote TOMRA's products and services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure TOMRA remains competitive in the waste recycling and sorting market.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, process technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the waste recycling or waste processing industry.
