Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Waste Recycling Expert

Job Description:

  • As a key member of the TOMRA team, the Area Sales Manager - Waste Recycling Expert will be responsible for implementing a systematic sales management approach to drive business growth in the waste recycling industry.
  • The successful candidate will plan and execute sales activities, supporting sales efforts outside of the CE if necessary, to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the market.
  • The Area Sales Manager - Waste Recycling Expert will be responsible for the area of waste recycling and sorting, ensuring effective internal organization of processes and structures to support sales efforts.
  • The role requires strong commercial skills, customer-minded approach, result-driven attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit to succeed in the role.
  • The Area Sales Manager - Waste Recycling Expert will work closely with the global sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, participate in exhibitions and conferences, and contribute to the company's overall business development.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful contract negotiation, excellent listening and communication skills, and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • The Area Sales Manager - Waste Recycling Expert will be an active part of the global recycling team, working closely with stakeholders to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Qualifications:
    • Master or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, process technology, or comparable with significant industrial experience.
    • > 5 years' experience in the waste recycling or waste processing industry.
    • Experience in selling large capital equipment or selling long project sales cycles or experience with sales of technical equipment in the recycling industry, also in managing key account customers.
    • Strong commercial skills, customer-minded approach, result-driven attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Proven track record of successful contract negotiation, excellent listening and communication skills, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
    • Mature character who can gain respect from owners/clients in the recycling industry.
    • Passion for the company's technology and employees.
