Expert Product Consultant in Energy Markets

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with influential stakeholders within the European energy sector.
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to energy trading, risk management, sales trading, and cloud services.
- Evaluate business and IT workflows, ascertain requirements, and design effective trading solutions.
- Enhance customer engagement with our solutions and refine their individual configurations.
- Assume accountability for customer satisfaction, serving as the primary liaison for our clients.
- Contribute to the development of our offerings in a dynamic and expanding market.
- Broaden your expertise in energy trading and associated technologies.
- Assist our sales team by sharing your insights and knowledge.
- Possession of a valid work permit.
- A degree in (business) informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience in project management, requirements gathering, business analysis, and the design of trading solutions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively and independently with precision.
- A genuine enthusiasm for IT; familiarity with hosting, cloud infrastructure, SQL, databases, XML, or development skills is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to overcoming project challenges to fulfill client requirements.
- Previous experience in energy or commodity trading and customer engagement is preferred.
- Proficient in English (C1 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
