Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key players in the European energy market to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Plan, realize, and manage projects in the field of energy trading, risk management, sales trading, cloud hosting, and more.
  • Analyze business and IT processes to identify requirements and design trading solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Improve customer experience by optimizing their individual setups and providing exceptional customer support.
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers.
  • Contribute to the development of our products in a rapidly changing and growing market.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest energy trading and trading technologies to drive business success.
  • Support our sales team with expertise and knowledge to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A valid work permit.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in project management, requirements engineering, business analysis, design, and specification of trading solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • A passion for IT, with knowledge of hosting, cloud, infrastructure, SQL, databases, XML, or development skills a plus.
  • The ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver results that meet customer requirements.
  • Previous experience in energy/commodity trading and customer acquisition is a plus.
  • Proficient English language skills, with a minimum of C1 level.
  • Good German language skills are a plus.
