Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced International Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a key member of our Recruitment Department, you will be responsible for the recruitment and long-term binding of suitable experts for tenders and projects through proactive approach and regular contact with the experts of our on-going projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of the entire recruitment process, e.g. search/active sourcing, selection of candidates, applicant management, conducting interviews, in close cooperation with our technical departments, in particular the Agriculture & Rural Development department
- Communicating with experts and applicants as well as building your own network
- Expanding and maintaining our expert database
Requirements
- Completed university degree related to human resources development, development cooperation, social sciences or related
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-oriented environment in which you were used to work independently and with an eye for detail
- Familiar with the use of social media for recruitment, strong communication and networking skills
- Very good language skills in spoken and written English and French, additional knowledge of German or Spanish is an asset
- Confident handling of the common MS Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Knowledge in the field of international personnel recruitment and acquisition is desirable
- Experience in working with databases and/or related to International/Development Cooperation is a strong advantage
