Make a meaningful impact in international development cooperation

GFA Consulting Group, a leading European consulting company, is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Recruitment Department, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for our international projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the entire recruitment process, including search, selection, and management of candidates, in close collaboration with our technical departments.
  • Build and maintain a network of experts and applicants, leveraging your excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Expand and maintain our expert database, ensuring seamless access to top talent.

Your Profile:

  • Completed university degree in human resources development, development cooperation, social sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-oriented environment, with a proven track record of working independently and with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media recruitment, strong communication and networking skills, and very good language skills in English and French.
  • Confident handling of MS Office products, with knowledge of international personnel recruitment and acquisition a plus.
