About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Sales Support Specialist to enhance our Enterprise sales team. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert, primarily focusing on supporting and facilitating software renewals within the EMEA region. Additional sales support will be provided as needed.

A Day in the Life of Our Enterprise Sales Support Specialist:

  • Assist Enterprise Account Managers in ensuring that software renewals are accurately created, quoted, delivered, and finalized before license expiration.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to customer accounts as directed by Enterprise Account Managers.
  • Engage with customers regarding contracts, purchase orders, and inquiries.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the Enterprise renewal segment.
  • Provide guidance on quote structures, license configurations, and alternative deal frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, legal, and finance, to expedite deal closures and ensure accuracy.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise SVP to foster growth and scalability in the Enterprise renewal business.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports using SFDC.
  • Additional sales support may be requested as necessary.

What You'll Need for This Position:

  • A BS degree in Business Administration or an associate degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ quoting is essential.
  • Experience in preparing quotations for software products is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to CRM data integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
