Role: Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue growth for designated accounts
  • Develop strategies and processes to optimize account performance
  • Create comprehensive account plans for assigned clients

Core Tasks:

  • Meet revenue and sales objectives by managing both global and regional accounts
  • Secure and expand contracts with new and existing clients
  • Formulate and execute strategies for account development
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Ensure effective follow-through on account strategies

Performance Indicators:

  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue increase
  • Engagement with regional sales teams and customer relationship building
  • Regular forecasting and pipeline assessments

Collaborative Stakeholders:

  • Regional sales leadership, Enterprise Director, Project Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated success in a sales representative role
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts across multiple countries
  • Ability to thrive in diverse cultural environments
  • Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and advancing sales initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Results-driven team player with a strategic mindset
