Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IT Development Lead to lead our international SAP IT development sub-project as part of our global S/4HANA implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysis and derivation of the IT design and its implementation in close coordination with business units and external implementation partners. Key responsibilities include steering implementation and operations partners, ensuring project and operations for all development and interface issues, and presenting the subproject in relevant committees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the international SAP IT development sub-project
  • Responsibility for analysis and derivation of the IT design and its implementation
  • Steering of implementation and operations partners
  • Responsibility for status reports and presentation of the subproject
  • Proactively advise, promote, and implement innovative ideas, processes, and technologies

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Information Systems or comparable education
  • Knowledge of application integration and min. 5 years of practical experience in SAP environment, ideally experience with S4/HANA
  • Outstanding process and project management skills
  • Fluent language skills in English and ideally a good knowledge of German
