IT Infrastructure Services Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Services Team Lead to join our team at Intersnack IT KG. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for leading our IT infrastructure team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of IT professionals in the development and implementation of IT infrastructure strategies and solutions.
- Manage the IT infrastructure portfolio, including networks, end-user computing, data centers, groupware messaging, and infrastructure security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver IT services that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT infrastructure team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Manage third-party service providers and vendors to ensure they meet our IT service quality and security standards.
- Develop and manage IT infrastructure budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure, identifying opportunities to improve our services and reduce costs.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong background in leading teams and managing IT services.
- Technical expertise in IT infrastructure domains, including networks, end-user computing, data centers, groupware messaging, and infrastructure security.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.
