Your Role: HR Working Student

As an HR Working Student, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources team. You will gain valuable experience in various HR functions, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with onboarding, digitalization, hire, and termination processes for temporary employees and interns.
  • Provide administrative support to the People Partner team on HR initiatives such as performance management, workforce planning, headcount management, compliance matters, employee relations, compensation, internal mobility, staff retention, talent acquisition, and development.
  • Collaborate with the HR Services Team on tasks like e-contracts, changes to employment terms and conditions, and letters of recommendation.
  • Support the P&C team with reporting, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Contribute to other HR-related activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work discreetly and handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative team player.
  • Pursuing a business-related degree at a university.
