Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Site Acquisition Specialist, der sich auf die Suche nach optimalen Mietstandorten für Mobilfunkantennen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams bei MD7 International (Communications) wirst du die Verantwortung tragen, unsere Kunden bei der Etablierung von langfristigen Partnerschaften mit Grundstückseigentümern zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben
  • Die Identifizierung von geeigneten Antennenstandorten und die Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Vermietern
  • Die Betreuung des Prozesses von Beginn bis zur Unterzeichnung des Vertrages
  • Die erfolgreiche Verhandlung und Unterzeichnung von Mietverträgen
  • Die Pflege aktueller Informationen in unserer maßgeschneiderten Software LiveTrack
  • Die Durchführung von Dienstreisen zu potenziellen oder bereits akquirierten Standorten
Benötigte Fähigkeiten
  • Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch
  • Englische Grundkenntnisse
  • Verhandlungsgeschick oder Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Außergewöhnliche Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Zeitmanagement
  • Computerkenntnisse mit guten Kenntnissen in Excel, Outlook und Word
