Wir suchen einen erfahrenen HR Business Partner, der unsere Region Süd unterstützt und unsere Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit steigert.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Strategische Personalarbeit: Du berätst unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter zu strategischen und operativen Personalthemen.
  • Unternehmensentwicklung: Du unterstützt unsere Unternehmensentwicklung durch die Entwicklung von Mitarbeiterentwicklungskonzepten und die Umsetzung von Personalstrategien.
  • Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit: Du steigert unsere Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit durch die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung und -entwicklung.

Dein Profil

  • Erlebnis: Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalarbeit und hast ein starkes Netzwerk im Unternehmen.
  • Ausbildung: Du hast ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt auf Personalwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung.
  • Kenntnisse: Du hast Kenntnisse in der Personalentwicklung, Personalplanung und -rekrutierung.
  • Fähigkeiten: Du hast starke Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, komplexe Probleme zu lösen.
