Your Role:
As a Global Account Manager, you will serve as a proactive and trusted partner for our clients, engaging in the following responsibilities:
  • Oversee the annual global targets set for your accounts.
  • Lead and manage a global account team effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Foster strong relationships across various levels of customer management, influencing key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Monitor current offers and opportunities, ensuring high-quality data is maintained in the CRM tool for accurate project status awareness.
  • Formulate competitive strategies to mitigate threats and gather competitive insights through win/loss analysis.
  • Utilize strategic value selling methodologies to enhance sales effectiveness on complex projects.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy for your account portfolio.
  • Lead communication for ongoing projects as necessary.
Your Qualifications:
  • A completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in strategic sales, with strong vision and planning capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Low Voltage Motors, Medium Voltage Drives, High Voltage Motors, and Generators.
  • In-depth knowledge of the market landscape and competitor offerings.
  • Exceptional selling skills with a focus on achieving targets, initiative, and teamwork.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, along with the willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Proficiency in German is a plus.
