Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Development Delivery, EMEA to lead our development operations team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our data center projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Development Program Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive development program to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of data center projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Project Management
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of construction professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and engineering teams.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Process Improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a management role, with a focus on construction management, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Skills
