Job Title: Senior Research Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Director to join our team at dentsu. As a key member of our commercial market research team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering world-class insights to our clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team and contribute to the success of our clients in the DACH region. As a Senior Research Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business development strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Leading and managing research projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans that drive business growth.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their client management skills and insight capabilities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to rejuvenate lapsed clients and grow existing accounts.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in commercial market research. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in commercial market research, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings in a compelling and engaging manner.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
