About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Acquisitions Manager to join our EMEA Capacity Delivery team at A100 ROW GmbH. This role will be based in one of our EMEA locations, including Frankfurt, Dublin, or London.


Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate real estate development transactions, from beginning to end, including strategy development, financial analysis, business term negotiation, and support for full legal negotiation.
  • Develop growth strategies for specific markets as a key member of the Site Acquisitions team.
  • Execute on strategic plans while interacting with internal stakeholders, including product teams, energy, fiber, design, construction, legal, tax, and more.
  • Understand the technical requirements of our engineering teams and develop solutions that meet design and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple complex contract negotiations simultaneously.
