Head of Product PTA IN LOVE

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Produktmanager für unsere PTA IN LOVE-Community.

Aufgaben:
  • Strategische Produktverantwortung: Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Produktportfolios von PTA IN LOVE, inklusive der Planung und Implementierung von Produktstrategien.
  • Teamführung: Führung und Motivation des PTA IN LOVE-Teams, Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung der Teammitglieder.
  • Marktanalyse und -beobachtung: Identifikation von Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnissen und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Anpassung unserer Produkte.
  • Innovationsmanagement: Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Produktideen und -konzepte, um Marktchancen zu nutzen und das Portfolio zu erweitern.
  • Projektmanagement: Koordination und Leitung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung, unter Einhaltung von Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen: Enge Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Marketing, Sales, Strategie sowie CRM zur Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Produktplatzierung und -performance.
  • Vertragsverhandlungen: Eigenverantwortliche Verhandlung oder Nachverhandlung von Verträgen mit Lieferanten und Logistikpartnern zur Optimierung der Beschaffung und Lieferkette.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Überwachung der Produktqualität und Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
  • Budgetverantwortung: Planung und Kontrolle des Produktbudgets sowie Verantwortung für die Profitabilität der Produkte.
Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Managementfähigkeiten, verbunden mit einer hohen Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen und Marktdaten
  • Kreativer und unternehmerischer Geist mit der Fähigkeit, innovative Produktstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und externen Partnern
  • Hervorragende Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
