About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our German market expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, driving sales growth, and leading our local team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the German market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team in Germany
  • Collaborate with our headquarters in the Netherlands to drive business growth and innovation
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and innovation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and sales growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Experience in technology and cloud solutions
