Sales Manager DACH Region

As the Head of Sales Region DACH at FleetGO, you will be entrusted with a critical role in driving the company's sales efforts in the German-speaking region (DACH - Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at expanding the customer base, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the logistics software industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sales team to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful customer onboarding and deal closure
  • Process tenders and participate in trade fairs and conferences to promote FleetGO's logistics software
  • Document all sales activities in the CRM system

Your Qualifications:

  • Several years of management experience in sales teams
  • Strong networker with a hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills
  • Confident in C-level negotiations and articulate in presenting FleetGO's logistics software
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Willingness to travel and hold a valid class B driver's license
  • Affinity for technology and experience working with software
  • Completed commercial or technical training or studies
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
