About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Central European team and drive business growth in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and business development, with a proven track record of success in the semiconductor or automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team of sales professionals and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and engage with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute global business strategies to identify and capitalize on opportunities for Nexperia.
  • Represent Nexperia's interests and convey customer needs internally to ensure adequate priorities are set to execute against strategy.
  • Consolidate market and competitor information to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • University degree in electrical engineering or business studies with solid technical affinity.
  • Minimum 10 years sales experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry.
  • Leadership experience and expertise to manage a cross-functional and multicultural team.
  • Solid experience in managing commodity business and promoting power-related products.
  • Detailed business understanding of Industrial applications, with additional segment knowledge in Automotive and Consumer a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, customer-focused on key accounts and Mass Market accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English, with other languages a plus.
  • Team player with hands-on mentality and willingness to travel frequently.
