Als Operations Manager bei Picnic bist du verantwortlich für die Leitung der operativen Prozesse in einem unserer Fulfillment Center. Du wirst die Verbindung zwischen unseren Operations und unserer Fulfillment-Strategie sein und mit einem analytischen Ansatz unsere innovative Supply Chain auf das nächste Level bringen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Arbeite eng mit unserem Standortleiter zusammen, um unsere Operations zu leiten und zu optimieren
  • Entwickle und implementiere eigene strategische Projekte, um unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Leite und coache eines unserer Teams im FC und unterstütze sie bei ihrer individuellen Weiterentwicklung
  • Übernimm die Schichtleitung an einem Tag pro Woche, um weiterhin nah an unseren Operations zu sein
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Bachelor-/Masterabschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Vollzeit im operativen Projektmanagement
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
