We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Renesas Electronics Corporation. As a key member of our Strategic Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing sales and Design-In objectives at accounts in the Industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth and design funnel growth at targeted accounts
- Directly responsible for driving Opportunity discovery, Design In, and Design Win revenue conversion – full funnel management
- Accurately forecast customer revenue on a monthly basis
- Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAE) and manage technical resources across multiple Business Units
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to increase market share and grow deeper at customers in the region
- Sell solution-based silicon to customers and drive design wins directly and with distribution
- Engineering degree
- Proven track record of successfully growing direct accounts
- Strong technical background in semiconductors
- At least 3 years of technical and executive selling experience with a strong direct and distribution track record
- Able to focus on a targeted list of accounts
- Fluent in English and German
