We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive our digital transformation forward as an AI Quality Advocacy Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing AI quality roadmaps across our business areas.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the implementation of AI quality roadmaps in our business areas
- Manage interdisciplinary initiatives to promote knowledge sharing within the AI quality community
- Develop sprint plans to transform strategic AI quality initiatives into actionable plans
- Position TÜV SÜD as a leader in AI quality through marketing and participation in standards committees
- Develop knowledge resources (checklists, frameworks) and support product development
- Lead webinars and manage the AI quality knowledge base for internal learning purposes
- Establish networks with internal and external stakeholders in AI policy development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Politics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in AI-related fields, including internships
- Strong advocacy and regulatory knowledge with project management experience
- Knowledge of current AI regulatory frameworks and processes in Germany and Europe
- Effective stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and strong problem-solving skills
