Oversee the implementation of AI quality roadmaps across TÜV SÜD's business divisions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
Manage cross-divisional initiatives to enhance knowledge transfer within the AI quality community, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Facilitate sprint planning to convert strategic AI quality initiatives into actionable plans, driving progress and results.
Position TÜV SÜD as a leader in AI quality through marketing and participation in standards committees, establishing the company as a trusted authority in the field.
Create knowledge resources, such as checklists and frameworks, to support product development and drive business growth.
Conduct webinars and manage the AI quality knowledge base to facilitate internal learning and development.
Establish and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders in AI policy development, ensuring TÜV SÜD's voice is heard and valued.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in political science, computer science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in AI and data analysis.
At least 1 year of experience in AI-related fields, including internships, with a proven track record of success.
Strong advocacy and regulatory skills, combined with project management experience, to drive results and achieve goals.
Knowledge of current AI regulatory frameworks and processes in Germany and Europe, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Effective stakeholder communication and relationship management abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
