AI Quality Advocacy Manager

About the Role
TÜV SÜD AG is seeking a highly skilled Strategic AI Quality Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of AI quality roadmaps across our business divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of AI quality roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cross-divisional initiatives to enhance knowledge transfer within the AI quality community, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Facilitate sprint planning to convert strategic AI quality initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Position TÜV SÜD as a leader in AI quality through marketing and participation in standards committees, promoting our expertise and thought leadership.
- Design and create knowledge resources, such as checklists and frameworks, to support product development and enhance customer value.
- Conduct webinars and manage the AI quality knowledge base to facilitate internal learning and professional development.
- Establish and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders to drive AI policy development and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as political science, computer science, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in AI-related fields, including internships, with a strong understanding of AI regulatory frameworks and processes in Germany and Europe.
- Proven advocacy and regulatory skills, with experience in project management and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
