Job Summary:

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Electric Motor Development, der unsere Produktentwicklung für elektrische Motoren innerhalb unserer Business Unit Electric Automation leiten wird.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Management eines Teams von 10 Personen an unserem Headquater in Esslingen, sowie die Koordination von Entwicklungsmitarbeiter*innen an unseren Auslandsstandorten
  • Definition und Implementierung der Entwicklungstrategie zur Steigerung der Effizienz bei der Motorentwicklung in Bezug auf Methoden, Prozesse und Werkzeuge
  • Überwachung von Entwicklungsvorhaben, einschließlich Zeitplanung, Ressourcenmanagement und Budgetkontrolle
  • Bewertung und Optimierung bestehender Motorkonzepte sowie Bewertung neuer technischer Lösungen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und rechtlichen Vorschriften der globalen Zielmärkte in der Motorentwicklung und Produktwartung
  • Koordination der technischen Produktwartung von bestehenden Serienprodukten, einschließlich verschiedener Warenprodukte

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und in der Entwicklung von elektrischen Motoren
  • Gutes Verständnis von Motorentwicklung, -berechnung und -design sowie Leistungssteigerung und Materialauswahl
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Funktionsicherheit
  • Gutes Verständnis von Deutsch und Englisch
  • Teamorientierte Führung und Coaching-Fähigkeiten
  • Hoher Analyse- und Problemlösungsgrad sowie starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
