About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS DE GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our product and machine portfolio, as well as maintaining accurate customer data and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer contracts and agreements for our product and machine portfolio
  • Process new customer inquiries, customer reactivations, and webshop requests
  • Coordinate internal customer communication and ensure accurate data management
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to data discrepancies
  • Develop and implement customer-centric processes
  • Perform administrative tasks as required
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education with experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with SAP and Salesforce experience a plus
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach
