Job Summary

IGEL Technology is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Romania. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and pitches to potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IGEL Technology's products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients
  • Stay organized and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IGEL Technology's products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients
  • Stay organized and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of proven work experience in a similar role, business development or sales
  • Career changers are also welcome to apply
  • Experience in the Virtualization (VDI) industry would be a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities; empathic listener and persuasive speaker
  • Must be a self-starter, curious, analytical, detailed-oriented, resilient, a hunting character, and have the proven ability to perform in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and a strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Must live and breathe startups with broad responsibilities, crazy busy, embrace our team spirit, lots of responsibility and lots of fun
