About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist/ Product Owner to join our team at TARGOBANK AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies to maximize value and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product plans.
  • Lead the product backlog and prioritize work to maximize value and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure product requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and process-oriented thinking skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
